All-In Pricing Policy
Tempe Center for the Arts is committed to transparent and fair ticket pricing for everyone. As of May 12, 2025, in line with new Federal Trade Commission rules, all ticket prices shown for our events will include all fees up front. With All-In Ticket Pricing, the price you see is the price you pay—no surprises at checkout.

Service Charges
As of July 1, 2025, service fees will move to a flat percentage of the ticket price—making the cost structure clearer and more consistent for everyone. This adjustment also allows us to expand and improve the services that support your ticketing experience, including faster delivery, and better platform security.

Ticket Exchange Ticket Icon
Tickets may be exchanged to any performance within the run of a show but cannot be exchanged to a different show. Ticket exchanges must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled performance. Once a performance has passed, tickets can no longer be exchanged.

Accessible Seating and Facilities ADA Logo
Tempe Center for the Arts is fully accessible and provides a variety of accessible services and accommodations. Accessibility seating tickets are available for online purchase or by calling the Box Office at (480) 350-2822.
